Questions

Is Quadrants really free?

Yes. The whole method is free: the board, the one-task rule, focus sprints, scheduling, your completed history and sync across devices. No card needed, no time limit.

Will free features ever move to Pro?

No. What’s free stays free. Pro only adds things on top, like voice capture, AI and connections to other apps.

Are there limits on the free plan?

Not ones you’ll notice. There is a safety limit of 5,000 active tasks per board, the same on both plans. Brain dump as much as you like.

Can I use it on my phone and my laptop?

Yes. Quadrants runs in your browser and your board stays in sync on every device, on both plans.

How does the free trial work?

Pro comes with a 14-day trial, no card required. It starts the first time you use a Pro feature, such as connecting ChatGPT or Claude. If you don’t upgrade, you go back to Free and keep every task.

Will you remind me before I’m charged?

Yes. We email you 7 days before every yearly renewal, so a charge never surprises you.

What happens to my tasks if I cancel?

Nothing. Your board, tasks and history stay exactly where they are. You keep using Free; only the Pro features switch off.

What is the founding member price?

Join the waitlist before launch and you can get Pro for $24 a year instead of $36. That price is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed.

Does the AI sort my tasks for me?

No, on purpose. AI splits what you say into separate tasks and puts them in Unsorted. Deciding where each one goes is your call, because that’s the moment you commit to it.

What happens to my voice recordings?

Audio is turned into text and then deleted. We don’t keep recordings.

Do I need ChatGPT or Claude?

No. Voice brain dump is built into Quadrants. The MCP connection is for people who already work in an AI assistant and want their tasks there too.

Is Quadrants only for people with ADHD?

It’s designed around ADHD brains, and it works for anyone whose attention wanders. It’s a planning tool, not a medical one.

What currency are prices in?

US dollars. Local taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
